Warsaw Industry Week: Review

With the integration of the latest electronic industrial technology from Beckhoff Automation and innovative machine technology, Viscom Automotive is once again creating a forward-looking solution.

 

The use of this technology makes it possible to equip the latest generation of FLOWBENCH EDITION with "artificial intelligence". The focus of the development was on the automation of setting processes, network-based communication between machines and intelligent time management.

 

The result: A test bench that decides in fractions of a second which steps have to be taken to make a correct manufacturer-related adjustment of the variable turbine geometry and automatically initiates it. Viscom Automotive is not only currently synonymous with the successful day-to-day running of a workshop, but also provides a vision and the beginning of what awaits us the day after tomorrow.

 

We provided an insight into our technology at the Beckhoff Automation stand at the Warsaw Industrial Week from 14 - 16 November: Viscom Automotive presented the new "Evolution" machine type following the invitation of the automation technology manufacturer based in Verl, Westphalia.

 

Interested parties could also meet their perhaps best employee of the year in the future: L.I.S.A., a worldwide unique solution, which allows the automatic adjustment of a pneumatic turbocharger. L.I.S.A. takes over the tasks of a mechanic, delivers the most accurate results within seconds and ensures a permanently consistent quality of work.
